My name is Andrzej Brzeziński and, under the NEW PROJECT brand, I build tools and information services around quality, standards and occupational safety. The Quality Standards Monitor is one of them: the idea came from a simple observation that people responsible for quality systems waste time manually checking several sites at once so as not to miss a new edition of a standard or an interpretation.
Instead of yet another newsletter "about everything", I built a narrow, predictable tool: five specific sources, one issue a month, every entry with a link to source material. No offers between issues and no quoting anything from memory.
The principle it stands on: the service should be worth trusting on where to verify a fact. That is why the newsletter flags a change and leads to the source, rather than pretending to replace the original document.
