1. Service provider
The Quality Standards Monitor newsletter is provided by NEW PROJECT Andrzej Brzeziński, ul. Adama Mickiewicza 4/8, 19-300 Ełk, Poland, VAT ID PL8481164296, contact address: office@newproject360.pl (the "Provider").
2. Scope of the service
The newsletter is a free service provided electronically, consisting of sending to the given e-mail address a monthly message with a digest of updates in the field of quality standards, concerning the organisations: PKN, ISO, IATF, VDA and AIAG.
The content of the newsletter is purely informational. It does not constitute legal, certification or advisory advice and does not replace the original documents of the standards organisations and certification bodies. Only those documents remain binding.
3. Subscription and confirmation
To subscribe it is enough to provide an e-mail address and tick the consent to receive the newsletter. Subscription requires confirmation: a message with a confirmation link, valid for seven days, is sent to the given address. The address is added to the recipient list only after that link is clicked. A subscription not confirmed within that period is deleted.
Providing the e-mail address is voluntary but necessary to use the service. By subscribing you confirm that you are the holder of the address provided.
4. Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time, without giving a reason, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every message. Unsubscribing is equivalent to withdrawing consent and results in immediate removal of the address from the recipient list.
5. Liability
The Provider takes care to ensure that the information in the newsletter is reliable and based on the official sources it links to. The Provider is not, however, liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the newsletter, for the content and availability of external sites, or for temporary interruptions in the service resulting from technical causes or causes beyond its control.
Using the service requires a device with internet access, an active e-mail account and a mail program that reads messages in HTML format. Recipients must not supply unlawful content.
6. Complaints
Complaints about the service can be sent to office@newproject360.pl. A complaint should include a description of the matter and the address concerned. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days and replies to the sender's e-mail address.
7. Changes to the terms
The Provider may change the terms only for important reasons, in particular: a change in the law, a change in the scope or manner of providing the service, security considerations, or a change in the Provider's details. We will announce any change at least 14 days in advance, in the newsletter or by e-mail, stating the content of the change and the date it takes effect. Until the change takes effect you may unsubscribe from the newsletter; unsubscribing means opting out of the service on its current terms.
A change that would extend the purpose or scope of data processing, or the nature of the service, does not take place through continued use alone: in that case we will ask you for fresh, explicit consent, and the absence of such consent means sending to your address will stop.
